PLOT
Four years later, Mikado City residents have gotten used to the sporadic clashes with the Neighbors and have largely resumed their regular lives. Border is now well-liked. One day, Yma Kuga, a mystery student with white hair, enrolls at the neighborhood school. Kuga tries to conceal from Border the truth that he is a powerful humanoid Neighbor in reality. He meets Osamu Mikumo, a student at the school who is actually a C-rank Border trainee. Mikumo must lead Kuga through Mikado City because he is utterly ignorant of it and must keep him from being discovered by Border.
